The New Team of Weapons and Tactics is proud to wishes to formally welcome its members and visitors to 2016 and announce a few updates to the Network that have been recently in-the-works and have been applied.

Updated Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, and Privacy Policy

We've made some major revisions to our Terms of Service, Software EULA, and Privacy Policies, and have re-organized all global terms, EULA's, and privacy policies into corresponding documents, and merged things that we felt did not need to be separated. All forum rules and policies for example, are now part of our Terms of Service. No major changes were made to the actual terms and policies themselves in any of the documents, however, some changes were made during our recent decision to merge and separate the documents. We encourage users be familiar with these documents for their own well-being. The documents and their corresponding locations are as follows:

Terms of Service: https://www.teamofweaponsandtactics.com/index.php?/tos/tos/

End User License Agreement: https://www.teamofweaponsandtactics.com/index.php?/tos/eula/

Privacy Policy: https://www.teamofweaponsandtactics.com/index.php?/privacy/

New Theme: <abbr title="New Team of Weapons and Tactics">NTWT</abbr> 2016 (Responsive)

As part of the update, and in accordance with the January 2016 Supported Games announcement (found here: https://www.teamofweaponsandtactics.com/index.php?/forums/topic/375-officially-supported-games-jan-2016), we've released the new <abbr title="New Team of Weapons and Tactics">NTWT</abbr> 2016 theme, which features new customization options to allow you to further personalize your experience:

- Theme Changer: Change the primary and secondary colors of the theme from the available set of colors

- Background Changer: Customize the background of your choice from the available list of backgrounds

The theme is fully-responsive and is designed to adapt to mobile devices. Overtime, we will be improving on the selection of colors, backgrounds, and additionally, will be releasing a non-responsive version of the theme for those who prefer a desktop-version of the site, even when on their mobile devices. Suggestions are also welcome.

Updated Crew Logo for Grand Theft Auto Online

After some thoughts and decisions, we finally redesigned the crew logo that we used in GTA Online to be more friendly with both light and dark colors. The newly designed emblem is light-blue, with our new slogan printed under the main part of the logo.

http://prod.cloud.rockstargames.com/crews/sc/6991/1843019/publish/emblem/emblem_128.png

Particularly, for the San Andreas State Police, this means that the emblem will work much better for vehicles that are black or white, rather than the old logo which was white and was thus partially invisible on white vehicles.

Extender Information Security 2015 R2 Itanium x64 Edition

Version 2.0.0 of Extender Information Security 2015 R2 Itanium x64 Edition (version 1.8.0 found here: https://www.teamofweaponsandtactics.com/index.php?/files/file/11-extender-information-security-2015-r2-itanium-x64-edition/) is in gradual development and testing. Please note that version 1.8.0 is obsolete at this time, and is not compatible with GTA Online 1.32.

Due to the nature of recently-implemented anti-cheat systems in Grand Theft Auto Online which wrongly detect older versions of the software as a cheat, extreme caution is required to ensure that usage of the software results in minimal to nearly no bans or other restrictions in being placed on people's GTA Online accounts due to using the software. An update will not be released until an apt amount of time is given for proper testing in a variety of situations, to ensure safety. If, over time, extensive testing continuous to suggest that too many elements of the software be detected and deem it to be unsafe for Online usage, development on the software may come to a halt. Although cheaters are bound to exist in all games, it is hoped that either a sufficient method be deemed safe to use the software, or that the anti-cheat is sufficient to keep players relatively free of cheaters and griefers in the PC version of GTA Online. Further information about the future of Extender Information Security will be discussed in the later, depending on the testing process. There is no ETA on this, and as safety is our #1 concern (especially in being a security software), we do kindly ask for everyone's patience and cooperation.

With all that said, we do wish everyone a happy belated new year and look forward to another round of fun-filled experiences! As always, feel free to respond directly to this thread if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or concerns.

The mobile version of both themes seem to have changed it now shows a wall to the right of the screen(blank). It also cuts off a few things like the words at the bottom of the page with the <abbr title="New Team of Weapons and Tactics">NTWT</abbr> name fully spelt out. Half of the word "organization" is cut off apon zooming in enough to get rid of the blank wall on the right side of the screen. When fully expanded however the whole word is shown. The blank wall to the right of the screen is a bit annoying lol please fix. I will be attaching a pic to show what I'm talking about. Both with and without the miner zoom.

To clarify, the 'issue' with the words 'cutting off' when zooming is expected, as that part is an image, and not raw text. That cannot be changed, as the font used cannot be used in raw-text format for licensing reasons (using the actual font will also not work for all systems, since it will only work when installed, and this font does not come standard pre-installed to all systems/devices. As for the white bar, the theme has a set width limitation that cannot be changed. The white bar is not visible by default on a stock mobile browser, as visible below. If it becomes bothersome, I'd suggest using a different browser. Edit: Not sure why the image is so large but anyhow, it's scaled so is fine.

As for the white bar for some reason it looked similar to the screenshot before but for some reason at somepoint you must have changed something that made it do this for iPhones safari browser. Unfortunately I only have a 16gb iPhone and about 4gb is for the iOS alone. That being said I need all the space I can get especially if I plan to utilize those newly purchased apps to make videos. (HD videos) as it is I only have about 2gb left and since my phone records in HD I can only record about 10 maybe 15 min of video at a time before I am completely out of storage.

This being said I don't exactly yet have the luxury to download another browser app no matter the size.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe that pic at the bottom was smaller or something bc now that you mention it it seems to be the only thing in that white deadspace. So maybe the pic is to wide idk all I know is that it wasn't like that a couple weeks ago lol

Interesting. Well, I didn't design anything specifically to break on certain browsers, so that's definitely not the case. I also don't have an iPhone or any Apple products, so unfortunately you're out of luck on support there. lol

And also worth mentioning, a browser will take up very little space compared to a video. We're talking under 100MB for a browser and 5-10GBfor a video, around 5-10 minutes. Actual size will of course vary depending on its length, but alas the size of a browser is negligible.  /emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" title=":)" width="20">

Yes but even if it's under 100mb since I'm working with very little space on my phone storage literally every mb counts and actually I can record about 23 min of video per GB at 720p idk how but I just can. Either way I still need room to edit and such I only have about a GB and a half left after a few apps I use more frequently then I would a browser like chrome or something.

Understandable. Oh well, I guess. I don't have an iPhone or any other Apple product so I guess it's just something we'll have to deal with. I don't have the issue on my phone or anything so can't help much there.

ok so before when it was zoomed out a little bit it was doable however now it's become much more annoying and I think it's safe to assume it's the ads (which weren't there before) bc of the fact that by default the mobile version of the site zooms out so much it becomes much more annoying because I end up having to scroll left to right on the sidebar menu when I open it. This is why I suggested making an app... At least that way you can make what ever changes you want to the site itself without affecting people that use mobile devices.  <a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_02/image.png.ae873693d7e35345071fb51173e650e1.png"></a>

lol. Well I see the issue now that the ads are there. [s]I'll look into this and try to find a better solution in ad-placement.[/s] Update: <a contenteditable="false" data-ipshover="" data-ipshover-target="https://www.teamofweaponsandtactics.com/index.php?/profile/17-zonar/&do=hovercard" data-mentionid="17" href="<___base_url___>/index.php?/profile/17-zonar/" id="ips_uid_4">@ZONAR</a> Thanks for mentioning this. I've re-designed the ad code and have fixed this issue. You should be able to see the new responsive ads now (if you don't, refresh the page).

Looks good. Not perfect because it still has that white bar on the left due to that image you have at he bottom but it's doable. Thanks

No problem.

Also, I just made a change and configured the footer to hide itself on mobile devices & tablets. Can you check if the white space is gone? That image at the bottom that you mentioned is part of the footer, so hopefully hiding it will 'fix' the white space annoyance. /emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" title=":)" width="20">

Edit: I just tested on my phone and it is indeed gone, hopefully same as you.
