Probationary Terms Effective for [KS] Members & Staff

Attention,

 

It has come to my attention that the [KS] Killing Squad clan has recently terminated support for various servers that they operated for a short period of time, due to lack of available funds and, as a result, both members and staff members of [KS] have begun utilizing NTWT servers, as an alternative solution. Due to conflicts of interest caused by [KS]'s founder, bvet4dog, all members and staff members affiliated or part of [KS] will be joining NTWT-operated servers on a probationary terms. In summary, this means that any violation of the server's Terms of Service will result in a single, one-time warning and any subsequent violation will result in a permanent ban by the member(s) involved. Further, if four violations occur from all members and staff of [KS] (or other words, two bans), all [KS] members and staff will banned indefinitely from all NTWT-operated servers.

 

The Killing Squad clan was formed between February-March 2014 from a rogue, irresponsible former staff member of the New Team of Weapons and Tactics: bvet4dog. Due to the New Team of Weapons and Tactics Privacy Policy, details of the incidents cannot be disclosed, however, the incidents were investigated and closed by the Department of Human Resources, and finally ended in termination of the rogue staff member's position.

 

Be forewarned that these probationary terms are effective immediately, starting at the date and time of this post, and continue until further notice. Any additional questions or concerns may be posted in replies to this thread.

im just going to add this in there. i have been brought up to speed on what went on. ima going to give my 2 cents about this. (KS) kill squad what ever you wanna call yourself you are on a very short string here i have taken a personal intrest in this. me being one of the four original and one the founders im not as nice as chris so think very wisely how you do things on this website and how you treat other members and how you play cuz one hint of disrespect will not be tolerated.

One more thing to add to this: bvet4dog remains to be banned ---indefinitely --- from all NTWT-operated servers. We normally would not enforce such restrictions, however, we have been forced do this due to his past disrespectful and threatful messages and remarks.

[KS] Members & Staff Banned Indefinitely

 

Effective August 21, 2014, I hereby declare all Killing Squad members banned indefinitely from our servers. Per the screenshot:

It is evident that enough people want to support the clan despite its history and corrupt leader.

 

Further, it seems the leader is a mentally unstable hypocrite who can't seem to support his own team and requires outside assistance to do so.

Though conveniently he cannot support any of his own servers. His attitude is unacceptable and I will not tolerate him leeching off of our resources. He and his members can get their own resources if they can pay for it, or leech off of others otherwise.

 

As this is not up for discussion or bargaining, this topic is now locked.

 

UPDATE: Had a short discussion with Marxman224 and he has been allowed back in to the organization.
