About the New Team of Weapons and Tactics

Who We Are

The New Team of Weapons and Tactics is a professional multinational organization based primarily in the United States, with a focus on gaming and life hobbies. We have been in service for about years. Our roots date back to 2008, where we began as a small group of friends that played Grand Theft Auto IV on the PlayStation® 3. Over the years, we have grown, expanded, and strengthened our roots both as an organization, and as a family to support additional platforms, games, and gamers from around the world. We pride ourselves in being one of the few organizations in the world that allows our members the freedom that they deserve— with a relaxed environment for people to come together and socialize, game, and have fun.

We support games that are popular with our community, including current titles, new ones, older ones, and even the classics. And we have areas of our website dedicated to topics beyond just games, like hobbies. After all, there is plenty more ways to have fun in life beyond video games. Perhaps you have a hobby: whether you enjoy building little gadgets, enjoy long walks on the beach, or love to travel— we have no shortage of areas for our members and visitors to discuss what they and socialize with others over what they enjoy.

For gaming, we aim to provide support all major gaming platforms, such as PC, PlayStation® 3, PlayStation® 4, PlayStation® 5, XBOX 360, XBOX One, and XBOX Series X/S. Individual platform support is always possible, and offered provided that we have a sufficient number of members for each platform. Platforms with a lot of members and staff presence are actively supported, while platforms without sufficient member or staff presence have basic support. Actively supported platforms have dedicated staff members, resulting in faster response times when there are situations or technical issues, and are more likely to have organization-supported departments, divisions, deployed servers, dedicated areas on our site and more. Platforms with basic support have limited or, in some cases, no staff members available resulting in slower response times when there are situations or technical issues, and although they may still have dedicated areas on our website, limited support will be available for things like organization-supported departments, divisions, and deployed servers. We support gamers of all types— whether you are a casual or hardcore gamer, we welcome all. Our laid-back and relaxed environment and culture helps put prospective members at-ease. We want our members to feel like they are coming to a fun place— not entering a strict and uncomfortable work place.

Duke: Our Mascot

Our mascot, Duke (a Doberman), was chosen in early 2018 as a way to represent what we're all about: fun, entertaining, laid-back, and caring. At New Team of Weapons and Tactics, we're not just a team— we're a family.

The founders of the New Team of Weapons and Tactics have worked hard for more than a decade to build a strong, professional, and simple infrastructure for everyone to enjoy, and we pride ourselves in being able to provide a unique platform and set of services to provide to our members and visitors.
