Executive Leadership

Christopher
Chief Technology Officer
By early 2007, Christopher had received offers to join several gaming clans. While some were more organized than others, they all shared a common challenge: strict participation requirements and time commitments that didn't align with Christopher’s busy personal schedule. After several attempts with different groups— including one that ultimately faded into inactivity— Christopher decided to take a different path. He envisioned building a community without rigid demands, one that would welcome casual gamers who could participate as much or as little as they wished, while still providing a professional and stable environment.
At the time, Christopher’s primary multiplayer title was Battlefield 2142, and as a tongue-in-cheek nod to tactical teams, the name Team of Weapons and Tactics— or "TWAT" for short — was born. Initially, it was little more than a concept, with a basic free website launched to hold the idea. It remained dormant for some time until 2008, when Christopher founded a police-style service group in Grand Theft Auto IV with a few friends, which quickly evolved into Liberty City United Divisions (or LCUD for short) to better align with its growing mission in the GTA multiplayer community.
"TWAT" remained mostly idle while Christopher focused on LCUD until late 2011, when he was encouraged to join a newly-formed clan known as the "3rd Infantry Division." Although it seemed promising at first, the environment quickly deteriorated into a chaotic and dysfunctional mess, rife with arbitrary rules, excessive gaming requirements (up to 20 hours per week), and a general lack of professionalism. After about six weeks, Christopher made the decisive move to abandon the group— a decision that led to the revival of Team of Weapons and Tactics, this time with a clear mission and a growing team of like-minded players eager to build something better.
Over the years, Christopher’s primary focus has been keeping the New Team of Weapons and Tactics' community online, operational, and evolving. He has been responsible for setting up, managing, and migrating our servers, websites, services, and databases, ensuring that our infrastructure remains modern, reliable, and scalable. His continued support, both technological and financial, has been a cornerstone of the organization's longevity.
While he initially participated in member relations and investigations, it quickly became clear that Christopher’s true strengths were in technology and systems management. By collective agreement among the founders, Christopher transitioned to focus exclusively on our technical infrastructure, formally adopting the title of Chief Technology Officer— a role he has excelled in since the organization's inception.
As for gaming, Christopher humbly admits he may not be the best at any one game— but those who faced him in Liberty City during his tenure with the LCPD, or crossed paths with him in Battlefield 3, especially in close quarters, ought to know better. If you find yourself unexpectedly staring at the ceiling or on the ground spilling blood without feeling a gunshot, you’ve likely just fell victim to Christopher's signature knife, the ACB Model 90— so watch your back (and your neck) around this one.
ZONAR
Chief Executive Officer
Zonar was the very first to join Christopher in the founding of what would become the Team of Weapons and Tactics in late 2011. Much like Christopher, Zonar had firsthand experience with the less-than-professional environment of the so-called "3rd Infantry Division," a group where leadership often operated with arbitrary rules, sudden accusations, and a healthy dose of misplaced sarcasm. It didn't take long for Zonar to recognize the dysfunction— rules were invented on the fly, members were scolded for not knowing them, and accusations of treachery, cheating, and conspiracy seemed to be handed out like candy on Halloween.
Hearing that Christopher had already "jumped ship" from the chaos, Zonar gave it quick consideration— and wisely decided to follow suit. As the second founder alongside Christopher, he stayed connected with several comrades who had also joined the troubled group. Before long, others saw the writing on the wall and followed them to build something better: a community rooted in fairness, fun, and genuine camaraderie.
Today, Zonar continues his dedication to the New Team of Weapons and Tactics by leading gameplay activities on the PlayStation Network. When he’s not coordinating operations or gaming with the team, he enjoys working on cars— proving that whether it's rebuilding engines or rebuilding communities, he’s always been someone who knows how to keep things running smoothly.
SAPPER
Chief Executive Officer
Sapper became the second member to join the founding team of the Team of Weapons and Tactics with Christopher and Zonar in 2011, just a few days after Zonar. Having witnessed firsthand the dysfunction within the "3rd Infantry Division"— an organization that often valued chaos over cohesion— Sapper made the decision to leave in pursuit of a better, more welcoming community.
From the start, Sapper played a key leadership role in helping build and guide our presence on the PlayStation Network, and later expanded his contributions to the PC platform as time permitted. Drawing from his real-world experience as a military engineer, Sapper often became the go-to problem solver during gameplay— whether it was fixing technical issues, rallying stranded teammates, or ensuring that our tanks rolled into battle with both style and reliability.
Although life as a dedicated father and family man keeps his schedule busy these days, Sapper continues to offer his support whenever time allows. His early leadership, technical skills, and unwavering commitment were instrumental in laying the foundation of the community we are proud to have today.
And for those who remember: if something broke down mid-mission, you could always count on Sapper to pull up with a wrench in one hand and a smile on his face— just in time to save the day.
Elementx777
Chief Executive Officer
Last, but by no means least, Elementx777 was the third and final member to join the founding team of the Team of Weapons and Tactics alongside Christopher, Zonar, and Sapper. Like the others, he witnessed firsthand the dysfunction within the so-called "3rd Infantry Division" and, through his friendship with Zonar, made the decision to leave and help build something better.
Elementx777’s contributions to the development and leadership of our PlayStation Network community were nothing short of extraordinary. His dedication and leadership helped establish a solid foundation during the Team of Weapons and Tactics' formative years, creating a welcoming and organized environment for players of all levels.
Outside of the New Team of Weapons and Tactics, Elementx777 worked tirelessly to support himself and his family, often holding down two jobs at once. Though many of us never had the chance to experience it firsthand, it’s well known that he was also an accomplished chef, serving as a head chef at one of his workplaces— and if the rumors are true, his cooking could make a grown man reconsider his life priorities after just one bite.
Today, Elementx777 continues to uphold his legacy by supporting our PlayStation Network community— and hopefully continuing his tradition of crafting meals so good they could make you forget your kill-death ratio entirely.

Gilly
Network Administrator
Gilly is one of the New Team of Weapons and Tactics’ longest-standing members, having weathered the highs, the lows, and— quite frankly— all forms of chaos alongside us. A resilient and loyal figure within our history, Gilly has remained a steadfast part of our community through thick and thin.
In addition to his contributions to our team, Gilly leads his own successful gaming community, Evolution Warfare (https://evolutionwarfare.com), catering to more serious and competitive players with a particular emphasis on the Call of Duty series. Despite his busy leadership role, he continues to lend his expertise to the New Team of Weapons and Tactics by providing occasional support for our network and community services.
Outside of gaming, Gilly enjoys long walks on the beach, a strong appreciation for classic Call of Duty titles, and delivering swift battlefield justice. Should you find yourself camping in a match with Gilly nearby, be warned: a laser sight and a no-scope elimination may be the last thing you see.

Ollie
Retired Chief Executive Officer
Ollie first joined our ranks in 2011 as a police officer patrolling the streets of Liberty City, back when the organization operated under the Liberty City United Divisions banner. From the very beginning, Ollie stood out for his kindness, good humor, and easygoing nature— traits that quickly made him a valued member of the community.
Although timezone differences sometimes limited our chances to game together, the rare opportunities we did share were nothing short of legendary. Whether chasing down suspects or accidentally crashing patrol cars in spectacular fashion, Ollie always brought a sense of camaraderie and fun to every session.
He remained with us through the pivotal merger that would form the New Team of Weapons and Tactics, before eventually stepping back from gaming around 2014 to pursue new goals and adventures in life beyond the virtual world. Even in retirement, Ollie's legacy as one of our original founders is a lasting part of our team's history— and rest assured, if there were ever a Hall of Fame for "Nicest Officer Who Could Still Outdrive You in Reverse," he'd be first on the list.
Ollie’s contributions, spirit, and occasional questionable pursuit driving tactics will never be forgotten.
