wtf why is it that one all the cop cars look diff and two why does it seem like you have the ability to play as a cop!?

Basically I modded my GTA IV. That's pretty much the only reason I play it on the PC. If my PC was better I'd play it more often, but that's not the case.

 

 

 

Anyway, I changed the vehicles in the game (some of them, not all of them) to ones that I liked from the Internet. As for playing as a cop, that's a mod. It's called LCPDFR and allows you to play as a cop. It'll send out random call-outs and shit that you can choose to respond to. When I installed it, I put it in HARDCORE mode just for fun. It mainly changes two things:

 

• Each time you're shot, your character stumbles, just like the NPCs. Which means you can't shoot and shit. No big deal though.
  
• The gun damage is much more severe. If you're shot twice with a pistol, you'll die. Found out the hard way lol.
