Upcoming Changes to the Knowledge Base

We are excited to announce a strategic project designed to enhance the quality, accessibility, and centralization of our support documentation: the consolidation of the DBMXPCA Support knowledge base into the main New Team of Weapons and Tactics support platform.

This initiative is a critical step in streamlining our support infrastructure, ensuring that all users, regardless of which services or products they utilize, can find the documentation they need in one unified, modern, and robust location.

 

The Project Overview

We will be migrating all knowledge base articles currently hosted on the DBMXPCA Support site (https://support.dbmxpca.com) to the dedicated knowledge base for New Team of Weapons and Tactics (https://www.ntwt.us/kb). This will create a single, comprehensive, and cohesive support library that reflects our commitment to excellence across all ventures.

 

Solidifying Our Expansion

This knowledge base integration is one of the first major organizational projects to solidify the New Team of Weapons and Tactics’ recently announced expansion beyond its traditional gaming foundations. By centralizing our documentation, we are building the foundational infrastructure necessary to support our diversifying endeavors and provide dedicated, professional support across our growing service portfolio.

 

The Phased Migration Plan

To ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption, the transfer of articles will be executed in a methodical, multi-phase approach over the course of the coming months. New categories will be created to make room for support articles that are brought over from the legacy support knowledge base. No action is needed on your part. This will automatically happen over the coming months, and we'll release another announcement once the migration is complete.
