Extender Information Security Services holds a global database of players found to be cheating, hacking, griefing, or otherwise running around in modified GTA Online sessions ruining the game for others in unfair manners. Extender Information Security 2008 and Extender Information Security 2015 users may optionally submit reports on players who have been caught by EIS to have such players blacklisted as official threats by Extender Information Security Services.

BANNABLE OFFENSES

Bannable offences by EISS include, but are not limited to, any of the following activities:

 • Using Invincibility Cheats
 • Framing Other Players
 • Crashing Players
 • Removing One or More of Other Players' Weapons
 • etc.
Ultimately, performing any activity that is considered unfair is a bannable offence and may or may not be shown in the list above.

APPEAL POLICY

We do not appreciate cheaters who aim to ruin the fun for others. Thus, our general policy follows that we do not lift bans. However, under special circumstances, if you explain your case and it appears that you may be sincerely apologetic or that there was a misunderstanding, we will lift the ban. However, bans will not be lifted more than once. That is, if you get banned once and it gets lifted, make an appeal, get your ban lifted, and get banned again, your ban will not be lifted a second time.

In summary:

 • Bans are permanent. We do not issue temporary bans such as two week bans, 1-2 month bans, etc.
 • Bans are normally never lifted. So unless you have an extraordinary circumstance that you believe separates you from others, do not bother appealing.
 • Bans will never be lifted more than once. So if you become banned a second time, tough luck.
SUBMITTING AN APPEAL

To submit an appeal, create a new topic with the following information (copy and paste the following into your topic and edit all fields marked with a dash):

RGSC ID: -
Date of Ban: -
Reason for Ban: -
Evidence: -
Appeal Details: -

RGSC ID: Your Rockstar Social Club Name
Date of Ban: The date of your ban (provide an approximation if you are unsure of the exact date).
Reason for Ban: Provide the reason for your ban. If you do not know the reason,
Evidence: Links to evidence you may have that is indicative that you were not banning or that someone was framing you. Leave this blank if you have none.
Appeal Details: Details on why you believe you should be unbanned. Be as detailed as possible here: generally speaking, the more detailed, the better. People who are wrongfully banned are usually too lazy to go into detail and further don't usually have any major story to tell.

Note that all fields are required, except the Evidence field. Finally, the title of your topic must be your RGSC ID (as in, your Rockstar Games Social Club name).

 • Always post a new topic for your appeal. Don't use an existing thread.
 • Follow the format as described above when making your appeal. Appeals that do not comply will be closed. Take the time to carefully observe the format we've requested above and use it when making an appeal. If you do not have time to read the rules, we do not have time to read your appeal.
 • Appeals are public and constructive criticism is allowed. Users posting for an appeal should be prepared from comments from the public. Hostility may be indicative of a guilty party, as indicated by many statistics. If you are truly innocent, keep calm and explain yourself.
 • Appeals that are completely processed become closed. The last reply from a staff member will indicate the success or failure of your appeal.
 • Appeals can only be made once. If an appeal is denied, it is denied permanently.
APPEAL PROCESS

Staff will overlook your appeal and make a decision based on your explanations, any provided evidence, and any additional comments, if applicable. Appeals will be processed within 7-14 days.
