Solved EIS will not recognize License

So this is a problem I have been dealing with since I got the software. I have done a fresh install of GTA V and EIS, yet when I try to run the game with EIS, it will not recognize that my license is activated in the program.

Ya I'm running Win 10.

that will get you going then after the first time you dont need the flash drive anymore

Alright, although since after I posted this, EIS is unable to activate my license for an unknown reason.
